‘Excellence’ Service Package – In association with Renault Trucks
We support our customers to ensure the whole experience from creating the vehicle to it being driven away is the best possible and we like to make sure the customer feels like they are able to keep in contact with our after sales team in case of any problems or faults that occur. A new way we support our customers is by offering a service package in association with Renault Trucks. The package includes; 3 years – servicing, MOT, warranty on all parts with Renault (excl tyres) and 24/7 roadside assistance.
Warranty
3 years warranty for all parts fitted by RH Conversions during the conversion process. Within the 3 years you can rely on us to help you with any problems that may occur with the vehicle and if you bring us the problem we will solve it for you and ensure your vehicle is adequate and useful again.
Suppliers warranty varies from 1 to 5 years
Customer Relations
Our customers are important to us and we like to ensure that they feel completely supported by ourselves and have full involvement in the build of their vehicle until the end and even after that. Having customer relations enables us to get the conversion done precisely and accurately to how the vehicle is requested.
We will also come and visit out customers and make arrangements for further meetings and invitations to come and take a look at vehicles we are completing.
